PAA Invitation to Bid – Boundary Fence & Rehabilitation Works at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore

Issuer: Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) – Divisional Engineer (Civil), Engineering Services Maintenance & Development, Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore.

Scope: Provision of boundary fence around PAA land towards landside and rehabilitation of existing fence in different areas at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore.

Mandatory / Required Documents (to be submitted):

• Registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listed on Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
• Valid Professional Tax Certificate.
• Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-4 for the current year.
• Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (value shown in tender document).
• Details of firm, ownership, pending litigation (if any), and declaration of no blacklisting.
• Original bid security in the form of Pay Order / Bank Draft drawn in favour of PAA Development Works (Allama Iqbal International Airport) as specified in the tender document.

Incomplete, conditional, or unsigned bids, or bids with missing required original bid security will be rejected. Overwriting or use of blanco in key documents is not acceptable.
