MES Tender: Emergency Works at Multiple PAF Bases — Tender No. DW&CE/6000-Advt-Sgd/96/E-6

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala). Tender Notice No. DW&CE/6000-Advt-Sgd/96/E-6 dated 21 Aug 2026. Invitation for sealed tenders for emergency works under PPRA Rule 42-c(v) of 2004. Tender documents will be issued only to firms that submit applications with complete credentials as shown at Serial 9 and meet the experience and special conditions required for the jobs/area.

Eligibility and requirements:

- Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC); copies of registration must be submitted. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.

- Only contractors on the approved List of MES in categories "A" and "B" with relevant experience should apply.

- Applicants must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with a Government Department in any Court of Law and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.

Submission and schedule:

- Tenders must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 11:30 Hrs on 10 Sep 2026. Tenders will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same date. Contractors may be present at the time of opening.

Other conditions:

- The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
