E‑Tender: Rehabilitation of Residential Infrastructure — Police Department, Sahiwal Division

Punjab Buildings Department invites e-tenders from eligible Engineering Firms / Contractors for the rehabilitation of residential infrastructure for the Police Department in Sahiwal Division. Tendering will be carried out through the Punjab e‑Procurement System in accordance with applicable PPRA rules.

Key conditions:

- Firms/Contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes valid for F.Y. 2026-27 are eligible to participate. A photocopy of a valid PEC license must be provided.

- All bidding documents and submission must be made online via the Punjab e‑Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Tender documents are also available on the PPRA website: https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

- Manual bids and physical financial instruments (including Cash Deposit Receipts) will not be accepted. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the e‑Procurement System in accordance with PPRA rules; otherwise the bid will be considered non‑responsive.

- Bids will be opened online in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at the office of the Commissioner, Sahiwal Division, Sahiwal. Only authorized representatives may attend after submitting their bids through the e‑Procurement System.
