PLRA (PULSE) Request for Bids — Procurement of Printers, Scanners & Backup UPS

Issuer: Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE), Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA), Government of the Punjab.

Purpose: Invitation for sealed bids (Single-Stage One-Envelope) for the procurement of printers, scanners and backup UPS under the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project (Credit No.: 7041-PK). Reference No.: PK-PLRA-563088-GO-RFB.

Procurement method: Single Stage One-Envelope in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (dated November 2020). Bidding documents are in English. Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect documents at the address below during office hours (0900–1700).

Submission & opening: Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1100 hours on 2026-10-22. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened at 1100 hours on 2026-10-22 in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the required amount in the form of CDR or an unconditional bank guarantee.
