National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of Regional Sales Manager – Baluchistan (AVP / VP). Candidates meeting the basic eligibility criteria may apply. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for panel interviews.

| Minimum Qualification | Graduate or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local/international university/college. Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university/institution is preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 08 years of banking experience, including at least 03 years in Branch / Consumer Banking and/or Sales Management and/or Business Development at Area / Regional level (leadership role). |
| Key Skills & Knowledge | Sales management & strong interpersonal skills; geographic knowledge of the posting; coaching & mentoring; problem-solving and decision-making; proven track record of exceeding targets; strong negotiation and selling skills; sound banking product knowledge; proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). |
| Primary Duties | To achieve regional sales objectives through managing sales teams (including team leaders and relationship managers); ensure sales targets are achieved; manage branch specific sales action plans; drive product positioning, customer acquisition and portfolio profitability; forecast regional sales requirements and budgets; recruit, train, coach and monitor staff; ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations and policies; maintain Shariah compliant environment where applicable; perform other duties as assigned. |
