Re-Tender: Auction of Car Park & Purchase of X-Ray Films — Women & Children / Liagat Memorial Hospital Kohat

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Women & Children / Liagat Memorial (LM) Hospital, Kohat. Electronic re-tender (E-bidding) is invited from eligible bidders registered with FBR (Income Tax & Sales Tax) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) via the EPADS portal.

Submission method: All bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS (http:/kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be accepted. Original Call Deposit Receipts (CDRs) for each job must reach the office of the undersigned before the bid opening date and time.

Bid schedule: Bid submission deadline 2026-10-12 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent (bidders or authorized representatives may attend).

Additional conditions: Bidders must be registered with FBR (Income Tax & Sales Tax) and registered on EPADS. Bidders must also be registered with KPRA for works/services. Detailed terms, specifications and solicitation documents are available on the EPADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Approved rates will remain valid until 2027-06-30 under KPPRA rules. The Hospital Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as provided under Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
