Tender Notice: Developmental Works at Babri Banda Model Village, District Kohat (ADP No. 260832)

• Valid Centralized enlistment with C&W Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and electrical inspectorate registration where applicable.
• Certificate of sole proprietorship or Form-H as AOP or registration with SECP for private limited company.
• Active registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for NTN and Sales Tax, and KPRA (Provincial Sales Tax) where required; PPIB registration (formerly AEDB) where applicable.
• Bid documents to be uploaded on EPADS; original bid security instrument must be physically delivered to the Assistant Director LG&RDD Tehsil Gumbat, Kohat (Old Union Council office near RHC Gumbat, post office Sini Gumbat Kohat) before closing time of bids.
• Online clarification deadline: 05/October/2026 at 05:00 PM.
• Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of bids.
• Prospective bidders must register on EPADS to obtain a username and password; PEC and KPRA registration (Active Tax Payer) must be valid for current financial year 2025-26.
