Office of the District Council Gujrat invites e-bids through the Punjab E‑Procurement System from reputable, financially sound firms/contractors registered on the E‑Procurement System and holding valid PEC license in the relevant category for the procurement of road rehabilitation, drain construction and solar/LED street lighting works for the Financial Year 2026‑27 (Biannual 2026).
Key eligibility and conditions: bidders must be registered on Punjab E‑Procurement, hold valid PEC category license for the works, possess active FBR & PRA tax status, submit a fresh affidavit that neither the bidder nor the firm is blacklisted, and provide bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost. Procurement will follow single stage single envelope open competitive bidding through the Punjab E‑Procurement System.
