Bids must include the required Bid Security or a Bid Securing Declaration in the prescribed format as described in the bidding documents. In terms of Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement; the notification is available on the procuring agency's website, EPADS v2.0 and the Authority's website (www.ppra.org.pk).
All e-bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 by the stated deadline. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 should register prior to submission.
