Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (MoFEPT), Islamabad invites Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from eligible and registered consulting firms for provision of consultancy services for a "Third Party Review" under funds reserved for FY 2026-27. Separate RFP documents are published for each department and must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0.

Selection Method: Open Competitive Selection using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) under the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure. Weighting: 80% technical proposal, 20% financial proposal. Procurement will follow the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
How to apply and documents: RFP documents including Terms of Reference (TORs), eligibility and qualification requirements, scope of services, deliverables and evaluation criteria are available on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 at: epads.gop.pk. RFPs must be prepared per the instructions in the RFP documents and submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0.
