Office of the District Council, Toba Tek Singh invites e-bids from registered engineering firms/contractors through the Punjab e-Procurement System for multiple road rehabilitation, improvement, soling and development schemes across Toba Tek Singh District and Tehsil Kamalia/ Gojra. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and comply with PPRA/LGW rules. Bid documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PPRA website.
Key procurement instructions: Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (physical instruments such as CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts or bank guarantees will not be accepted). E-bids shall be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System only. The procedure is single-stage single-envelope. The procuring agency may accept or reject any or all bids. Bidders are responsible for timely upload of bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
