Bid submission and eligibility: Firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System / PPRA portal may participate. E‑bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (Punjab eprocurement.gov.pk).
Bid security: Equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost to be submitted electronically through the Punjab e‑Procurement System. Physical financial instruments (physical CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts, bank guarantees) will not be accepted.
Procurement method & schedule: Single‑stage, single‑envelope e‑bidding. E‑bid submission deadline: 2026-09-22 at 01:30 PM. E‑bid opening: 2026-09-24 at 02:00 PM.
Notes: The Procuring Agency may reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the submission deadline; the District Council will not be responsible for e‑portal issues.
