Tender Notice — Supply of Laboratory Kits, Reagents & Automatic Analyzers (Reagent Rental) | Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Lahore FY 2026-27

Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore invites e-bids from reputable bidders under applicable laws/PPRA rules for reagent-rental (ROR) supply of laboratory kits, reagents, chemicals and associated automatic analyzer systems for FY 2026-27. All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders must be registered on the E-Procurement System and comply with PPRA terms and conditions.

How to apply / submit bids: Submit e-bids on the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login). Bidding documents and terms are available on the E-Procurement System and PPRA website. All bids must follow the PPRA amended rules and the advertised bidding procedure.

Key requirements:

• Register on the Punjab E-Procurement System to be eligible to participate.
• Attach acknowledgement slip/evidence of 2% bid security deposited in bank with the technical bid.
• Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure per PPRA; signed & stamped bids; proper index and checklist required.
• Non-compliant or forged documents may lead to disqualification/blacklisting as per PPRA rules.
• All applicable taxes as per Government of the Punjab rules will apply.
