Issuer: Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (Government of Pakistan). The Ministry invites sealed e-bids for procurement of Repair & Maintenance Services for Chromebooks/Tablets under the proceeds of the FY 2026-27 fund.
Procurement is through single-stage two-envelope (Principal Method of Procurement / Open Competitive Bidding) using Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS): Technical = 80 marks, Financial = 20 marks. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 for provision of Non-Consultancy Services. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form and amount specified in the bidding documents.
