PIMS Islamabad Tender Notice No. 05/2026-2027 — Medical Supplies, Neonatal Ventilator Maintenance & Dental Consumables

Government of Pakistan — Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad invites bids under Rule 36 (b) “Single Stage — Two Envelope” of the PPRA Rules, 2004 through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS 2.0). Interested bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

• Bidding documents (SBDs) available on EPADS PIMS website (EPADS 2.0) and PIMS/PPRA portals.
• All vendors to submit bids through EPADS 2.0; original CDR and original undertaking on judicial paper must also be submitted in the tender box at Purchase Department, PIMS (G-8/3, Islamabad) by the stated submission deadline.
• Bid security/call deposit must be made in the name of Executive Director, PIMS as specified in SBDs.
• PIMS reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids per PPRA rules.

Submission & opening procedure:

• Physical submission: Original CDR and original undertaking on judicial stamp to be placed in the tender box at Purchase Department, PIMS (G-8/3, Islamabad) by 11:00 AM on 2026-09-29. Late or non-compliant physical submissions will be rejected.
• Online submission: Vendors must also submit bids through EPADS 2.0; online bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Manual bids are not acceptable.

Additional notes: Tender documents are also available on EPMS PPRA website and PIMS website. Grievances will be entertained only through EPADS 2.0 within the prescribed period and will be handled per PPRA rules.
