Tender: Framework Contract for Stationery, Computer Stationery & Store Items — District & Sessions Judge Okara

Issuer: Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Okara. Procurement type: Framework contract for the supply of stationery, computer stationery, store items and other items for the year 2026-2027 through single-stage, two-envelope e-procurement.

Eligible bidders: Experienced firms, companies and General Order Suppliers registered with e-PADs/Punjab e-procurement web portal with active FBR income tax status and operative General Sales Tax status for General Sales Tax.

Submission method and documents: Tender documents (in English) are available free of cost for download from e-PADS (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk), PPRA (https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Procuring Agency site (https://www.okara.dc.lhc.gov.pk). All technical and financial e-bids must be submitted electronically via https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.

Key dates and validity: E-bids must be submitted by 2026-09-17 up to 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-17 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Bids shall remain valid until 2027-06-30.

Financial requirements and guarantees: Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each lot is required through the prescribed online banking channel in favour of "District & Sessions Judge, Okara." The successful bidder(s) must deposit 10% of the total contract price/work order as Performance Guarantee via the prescribed online banking channel.

Other conditions: Bidders may quote for all lots or any lot(s). Quoting all items and advertised quantities within a lot is mandatory where indicated.
