Tender: Framework Contract for Supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery, Store & Other Items – District & Sessions Judge Okara

Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Okara invites e-bids for a framework contract for supply of stationery, computer stationery, store items and other items for the year 2026-2027 from experienced firms, companies and General Order Suppliers registered on the e-PADS/Punjab e-procurement portal with active FBR (Income Tax) and GST status.

Key submission details: All e-bids (Technical & Financial) must be submitted electronically only via http://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 2026-09-17 until 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-17 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.

Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost of each lot must be submitted through the prescribed online banking channel in favour of "District & Sessions Judge, Okara."

Other terms: Bidding documents in English are available free of cost from the e-PADS website (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk), PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Procuring Agency website (www.okara.dc.lhc.gov.pk). The bids shall remain valid until 2027-06-30. On acceptance of letter of intent, the successful bidder(s) shall deposit 10% of the total contract price/work order as Performance Guarantee through the prescribed online banking channel in favour of "District & Sessions Judge, Okara."

Submission/eligibility notes: Bidders may quote for one or more lots; however, when quoting for a lot they must quote for all advertised quantities within that lot. In case of official holiday on submission day, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
