Issuer: Pakistan Air Force, Bases & HQs Central Air Command, Lahore. Purpose: Pre-qualification and registration of reputable local suppliers/contractors for supply of dry and fresh ration items to Central Air Command (CAC) and PAF bases under CAC.
Scope: Supply of ration items (dry & fresh) including semolina, vermicelli, grinding services of wheat, condiments, lentils, mustard, bengal gram flour, rice, cooking oil, milk powder, sugar, tea leaves, green tea, meat, vegetables, fruits, squash, salt, ice, firewood, bread and other related items.
Who may apply: Registered firms/contractors (including those registered with Directorate of POL & Ration, Air Headquarters Islamabad) and financially sound, well-experienced suppliers. Proprietor/partner must be Pakistani national where applicable.
How to obtain & submit application: Application forms and necessary instructions are to be collected from the office of Senior Staff Officer (Support & Air Defence), Headquarters Central Air Command, PAF Lahore & O/c Catering Flight, PAF Bases from 25 September 2026 during working hours (0900–1300). Completed applications, duly marked "Pre-Qualification / Registration of Local Suppliers / Contractors for Ration Items" in a sealed envelope, are to be submitted to the undersigned. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
Important notes: Any incomplete or fake information will result in immediate rejection. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject applications on technical grounds.
