The Office of the Director Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE), Defence City Islamabad (DCI) invites applications for pre-qualification and bidding from firms/contractors enlisted with MES for miscellaneous construction and consultancy works at DCI Islamabad. Firms not enlisted with MES may also apply subject to submission of 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the shape of CDR/Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued to pre-qualified contractors only.
