PAA Invitation to Bid – R/M Works of C-3 Mess at PAA Residential Colony, JIAP Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids under PPRA Rule No.36(a) using the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure for repair/maintenance works (R/M works) of C-3 Mess at PAA Residential Colony, Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi.

Key eligibility & mandatory submission requirements:

- Valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

- Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year.

- Valid Professional Tax Certificate.

- Copy of CNIC of the owner(s).

- Original bid security (Pay Order/Bank Draft) of Rs. 250,000/- in hard form on due date and time, drawn in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority.

- Affidavits on stamp paper (Rs. 500/-) confirming ownership of the firm and stating no blacklisting/pending litigation (affidavit for no blacklisting & no pending litigation on stamp paper Rs. 500/-).

How to apply / submit bids:

- Bidding documents, method of procurement, detailed terms and conditions are available on the PPRA e-procurement system (eprocure.gov.pk).

- Bidders must upload bids and mandatory documents electronically through the web portal before the submission deadline. The original hard copy of the bid security and the required documents must also be submitted in person to the office of the Divisional Engineer ES Civil-II, Jinnah Annexe, JIAP, Karachi, on the due date and time.

- PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.

- Pay orders, bank drafts, or any other financial instruments submitted and later found fake or dishonored will result in blacklisting and legal action per law.
