Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for grant of lease rights to design, finance, build, operate and transfer (DBFOT) modern retail complexes (fuel station with allied facilities, EV charging, national/international food outlets, convenience store/mart, pharmacy) on multiple railway-owned sites.
Key terms: lease period 21 years (extendable for another 21 years); annual rent escalation 8% compound; mobilization period 12 months from date of possession. Bids must be submitted on REDAMCO prescribed bid forms with required bid security (Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd) for each site separately.
