REDAMCO Tender: Exclusive Selling Rights on Pakistan Railway Network (Tetra Pack Milk, Tea/Coffee)

Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed tenders from firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for exclusive selling rights on the Pakistan Railway network.

Key submission and tender details:

• Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted at REDAMCO office on or before 02:30 PM on 2026-09-15.
• Opening: Bids will be opened on 2026-09-15 at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
• Bid documents: Detailed terms and conditions and bidding documents (including processing fee requirements) can be downloaded from www.redamco.com or obtained from the REDAMCO office during working hours.
• Submission requirements: Each product bid must be submitted as sealed bids containing technical and financial proposals. Bid security and processing fee must be submitted in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favour of Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd, as specified in the bidding documents.
• Eligibility: Only firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible. Incomplete or conditional bids and bids lacking specified bid security will be rejected.
• Procedure: Competitive bidding (Single Stage - Single Envelope) as per Public Procurement Rules applies. REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
• Accepted award: The accepted amount shall be subject to a 10% annual increase as stated in the bidding terms.
