Office of the Deputy Commissioner, District Kot Addu invites e-bids from eligible bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement will be conducted under Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with applicable procurement rules.
Key instructions: Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids and bid security must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). No physical financial instruments (CDR, Pay Order, Bank Guarantee) will be accepted. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided. Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) apply. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

Submission & Opening: Last date for submission of e-bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System is 2026-10-08 until 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-08 at 11:30 AM on the Punjab e-Procurement System; Technical Proposals will be opened at the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kot Addu. If the scheduled date is a non-working day, the next working day will be treated as the opening date unless otherwise notified via the e-Procurement System.
