CDA Notice: Lottery Allotment of Approved Plots for Affected Islamabad Residents under Framework 2023

The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Office of the Deputy Commissioner, advises affected residents of Islamabad that CDA has decided to allot approved plots under the Approved Framework 2023 for rehabilitation of affected landowners whose lands were acquired in sectors 13-7, 13-10 and 13-E. A lottery (draw) will be held for eligible claimants from the listed mouzas.

Affected persons must submit their applications with required documents to the Deputy Commissioner (CDA) as per the Approved Framework 2023. Only lands with finalized land-sharing under the ICT Land Sharing Policy 2007 and applications received and re-verified by 15 July 2026 will be included in this draw; later applications will be considered in the next draw.
