Auction: Restaurant No.1 and Fast-Food Counters at Lahore Railway Station

Divisional Superintendent (D5), Pakistan Railways, Lahore invites sealed Technical and Financial proposals from experienced individuals, firms or companies for Restaurant No.1 at Platform No.4 together with two fast-food counters at Platforms No.4 & 5, Lahore Railway Station.

Bidding documents are available on written application with a non-refundable fee of Rs.2,000. Bids follow a Single Stage, Two Envelopes procedure; a Bid Security of Rs.400,000 must be submitted as a Pay Order in favor of FA & CAO Revenue, PR Lahore, attached with the Technical Proposal. Submit sealed bids to the office of the Divisional Superintendent by 11:00 AM on 2020-07-22. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2020-07-22. The contract is for three years, extendable by two years, with a 10% annual increase in license fee.
