FBR Request for Bids — Framework Agreements for External Electrification Systems (DES) — 10 Sites

Issuing Agency: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Government of Pakistan — Pakistan Raises Revenue Program (PRRP). RFB Reference: 3(7)/2026-Addl-Dir(P&F) / PK-FBR-565389-GO-RFB.

Purpose: Establish framework agreements for the procurement and installation of External Electrification Systems for Digital Enforcement Stations (DES) and ITS units, Phase-I (10 sites). Procurement will follow a one-envelope bidding process.

Eligibility & Method: Open to eligible bidders. Bidders may submit bids for one or more lots. Each lot will be evaluated independently; awards are on a lot-by-lot basis. Call-off contracts will be issued against the concluded Framework Agreements. Bid security and other requirements are specified in the bidding documents. Electronic bidding is not permitted.

Framework Term: Framework Agreements will be concluded for a term ending on 2027-06-30 (may be extended as specified in the bidding documents).

Submission & Bid Opening: Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 2026-10-08 by 10:00 hours. Public opening of bids will take place on 2026-10-08 at 11:30 hours (Pakistan Standard Time). Late bids will be rejected.
