Pakistan Meteorological Department (Project Implementation Unit) invites Expressions of Interest for an Individual Consultant to serve as Financial Management Specialist under the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP), Component 1: Strengthening Hydromet and Climate Services. The appointment is on a full-time contract basis and the post will be based in Islamabad.
Required qualifications include CA/ACCA or M.Com from a recognized institution and ten (10) years of financial management experience, preferably with World Bank-funded projects.
