AGP Limited Announces 20% Interim Cash Dividend for Half-year Ending June 30, 2026

AGP Limited has announced an interim cash dividend of 20% (PKR 2.00 per share) for the half year ended June 30, 2026. The dividend has been electronically credited on September 08, 2026 and September 09, 2026 to entitled shareholders who submitted valid CNIC and complete bank details (including IBAN).

Dividends for shareholders who have not provided valid CNIC and complete bank account details (including IBAN) have been withheld in accordance with Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017 and Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017. Shareholders holding physical shares must provide requisite details and a legible copy of their CNIC to the Company’s Shares Registrar to obtain release of withheld dividend. Shareholders holding shares in CDC should provide details to CDC Investor Account Services/CDC Participants/Broker.
