Tender: Framework Contract for Bulk Purchase of Laboratory Kits & Chemicals – Govt. Said Mitha Teaching Hospital, Lahore

Purpose: E-bids are invited for a framework contract for the bulk purchase of laboratory kits and chemicals.

Submission method: Complete e-bids must be submitted online through the E-Procurement System (EPADS) of Punjab. Interested applicants must register on EPADS to be eligible to participate. EPADS URL: http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. PPRA website: www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

Bid security and documents: A scanned copy of the original bid security must be attached in the Technical bid submitted on EPADS. The bidder must submit the original bid security in the Purchase Cell on or before the bid submission date/time; failure to do so will lead to rejection.

Procedure and conditions: The procurement will be conducted through EPADS and in accordance with PPRA rules. Single-stage, two-envelope procedure as detailed in PPRA shall be adopted. Bidders must provide proper index and checklist with e-bids; noncompliant e-bids may be rejected. Per PPRA Rules 36-A, one person may submit only one bid; if multiple bids are submitted by the same person, all such bids will be rejected. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids prior to acceptance and is not required to justify rejection.
