| Bidding procedure | Single Stage Single Envelope; sealed bids. Bidders may drop bids in the tender box placed near the entrance of NRTC. |
| Bidding document | Available from the undersigned during working days; non-refundable cost Rs 5,000. |
| Bid security | Rs 2,500,000 in shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur — to be attached in a separate envelope. |
| Price and currency | Prices must be quoted in PKR. Prices inclusive and exclusive of taxes must be mentioned separately. |
| Bid validity | 90 days from date of opening |
| Submission & opening times | Bids should reach the office of the undersigned up to 11:00 hours (date as per bidding document). Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day. |
| Right to accept/reject | NRTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders/bids prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA rules. |
