ASF Headquarters e-Bid: Light Sniper Rifles, Weapon Lights, Optics & Ballistic Helmets – Karachi (Closing 2026-09-01)

Issuer: Headquarters Airport Security Force (HQs ASF), Procurement Branch, Karachi. Invitation to e-Bid No. 3/2026-27/Proc for procurement of non-consulting goods and equipment as listed below. Bidding documents, specifications and detailed terms are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

Submission & registration: Bids must be submitted via EPADS v2.0. Where required, hard copies in sealed envelopes (as per e-bidding instructions) should also be forwarded to HQs ASF Procurement Branch, Karachi and must reach the office before bid closing. All bids must be accompanied by the prescribed Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Administrator Airports Security Force. Original bid security instrument (along with sample where requested) must reach the office before bid closing, failing which the bid may be disqualified.

Bid opening: Bids received by the deadline will be opened as per the schedule on EPADS. HQs ASF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004.
