SICHN Karachi Tenders: AMC, Elevator and Generator Supply/Services — Bid Deadline 2026-09-21

Issuer: Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh, Karachi. SICHN invites e-bids for supply, installation, commissioning and annual maintenance services for fiscal year 2026-27. Bidders must follow SPPRA rules (2010, amended 2019).

Key requirements: Non-refundable tender fee Rs. 5,000 (cash deposit in Sindh Bank in favour of "Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN)"). Bid security (earnest money) equal to 2% of the bid value is required. Bidding documents are available from the day of publication; documents may be purchased from the SICHN office during 09:00–15:00 (except Sundays & holidays) and bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal. A physical Call Deposit (bid security) in the name of SICHN must reach the SICHN office before the e-bid submission deadline. For EPADS support bidders may contact the EPADS helpline.

Important notes: All bids will be opened on 2026-09-21 at 11:00 a.m. in presence of bidders or their representatives. If a government holiday is announced on the closing date, the tender will be submitted and opened on the next working day. All taxes (GST, Professional Tax, SRB, etc.) where applicable will be included. The Procurement Committee of SICHN reserves the right to postpone/cancel/reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
