Key submission & opening details
Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-10-05 up to 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid validity: 120 days from date of opening.
Eligibility and requirements
Only bidders duly registered with relevant authorities (PEC, FBR, PRA and Punjab e-Procurement System) with valid NTN and Active Taxpayer Status may bid. Bid security / earnest money shall be 5% of the estimated cost. Bids not accompanied by valid bid security will be rejected. Submission of bids, technical and financial documents, and all mandatory eligibility evidence must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Additional requirements: Successful bidder must execute work strictly as per sanctioned estimates, technical sanctions and specifications. Contractors must upload a valid PEC Constructor License (2026) with appropriate specialization and category as per the scheme's estimated cost. Additional performance security/quality assurance security shall be applicable where specified.
Taxes & statutory duties
The bidder shall be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes, duties, levies and statutory charges in accordance with prevailing Government rules.

Register and submit bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). The response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
