E-Tender for Outsourcing Support Staff / Essential Services – Small Dams Division Islamabad (01 Jul 2026–30 Jun 2027)

Office of the Executive Engineer, Small Dams Division, Islamabad (Small Dams Organization, Irrigation Department, Government of the Punjab) invites electronic bids under Single Stage - Single Envelope e-bidding for outsourcing support staff / essential services for the period 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system (manual bids will not be accepted). Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement portal.

- Firms/contractors/joint ventures must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category for FY 2026-27.

- Bid security has been fixed at 5%. The original copy of the financial instrument (Demand Draft, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank) as specified on the Punjab e-procurement system must be submitted within the prescribed timeline; failure to submit the original bid security will render the bid non-responsive.

- The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount within 30 days of issuance of the acceptance letter and to execute the Contract Agreement under relevant clauses.

- Advertisement and bidding documents are available for download at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx. Bids will be opened by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All applicable PPRA and Punjab procurement rules and circulars apply.
