Institute of Space Technology (IST), a public sector university in Islamabad, invites e-bids from eligible firms/suppliers/contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and on EPADS Version 2.0 for the following procurements. Bidders must meet eligibility, qualification and authorization requirements as specified in the bidding documents.

How to apply: E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 by 15 October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted. E-bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:30 PM. Complete bidding documents, specifications, evaluation criteria and other requirements are available for download from EPADS 2.0, PPRA website and IST website (www.ist.edu.pk).
Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable PPRA regulations. IST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all e-bids in accordance with applicable rules. Any corrigendum, amendment or clarification will be communicated through EPADS/PPRA and IST's official website.
