Scope highlights include: site assessment/survey, preparation of architectural and structural designs and detailed working drawings, detailed cost estimates and MS Schedule of Rates 2025 based estimates, preparation of bidding documents (BOQs, technical specifications), assistance during procurement, and construction supervision including quality control and implementation management. Firms must submit Technical and Financial Proposals (two-envelope procedure) through the EPADS portal as per bidding documents. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids per PPRA rules.
