Rawalpindi Cantonment Board Invites E‑Bids for Garbage Compactor Superstructure (ISUZU NPR71)

Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites electronic bids through the E‑PADS V2.0 portal for the fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a Garbage Compactor Superstructure. Procurement will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure under applicable public procurement rules.

Eligible firms must be reputable, experienced and registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income tax and sales tax, and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bidding documents and submission must be made online via PPRA / E‑PADS V2.0. Technical proposals will be opened first; financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened later in accordance with the rules. The procuring entity is the Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt.

Bidders must submit bids electronically through E‑PADS V2.0. A bid security equal to the prescribed percentage of the estimated procurement value must be furnished in the form specified in the bidding documents. Conditions, completion period, warranty/after‑sales support, and other procurement terms are as provided in the bidding documents available on the PPRA / E‑PADS portal.
