Rawalpindi Cantonment Board Tender: Fabrication & Installation of Garbage Compactor Superstructure (E-Bids via E-PADS V2.0)

Rawalpindi Cantonment Board invites electronic bids through E-PADS V2.0 from reputable, experienced, and eligible firms for fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a Garbage Compactor Superstructure complete in all respects. Bidding will follow Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure under Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Eligibility & Qualification: Firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (Income Tax and Sales Tax) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bidders must demonstrate relevant technical experience, financial capability, fabrication/workshop facilities, and after-sales/service support as required in the bidding documents.

Bidding Documents & Submission: Complete bidding documents are available on the PPRA / E-PADS V2.0 portal. Bidders shall submit their bids electronically through the E-PADS V2.0 portal in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents. Technical proposals will be submitted and evaluated first; financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened thereafter.

Bid Security: Each bidder shall furnish a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated procurement value in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Pay Order / Bank Draft in favour of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment. A scanned copy of the CDR must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and the original submitted before opening of technical bids.

Submission & Opening Date/Time: Last date for electronic submission: 2026-10-27, Closing Time 01:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM through E-PADS V2.0.
