National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites eligible firms registered on EPADS v2.0 to apply for provision of non‑consultancy services to serve as the Independent Validation Agent (IVA) for the Pakistan Skill Impact Bond (PSIB). The IVA will independently validate reported results and produce verification reports that trigger outcome payments — verifying evidence such as training completion/certification, authentic job placements and confirmed retention.
