Administrator, District Council Gujranwala invites sealed electronic tenders from contractors registered on the Punjab E‑Procurement System (E‑PADS) and with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and codes for fiscal year 2026‑27. Tenders/bidding documents must be downloaded from the Punjab E‑Procurement System, submitted/uploaded online through E‑PADS by 02:00 PM on 2026‑10‑12. Bids will be opened online/physically on 2026‑10‑12 at 02:30 PM in the Hall of District Council, Gujranwala in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Bid security must be submitted/uploaded through E‑PADS as per prescribed mechanism. Selection will be on the basis of lowest evaluated bid. Contractors must follow PRRA rules and E‑PADS regulations.
