CDA Environment Directorate (East) Invitation for E‑Bids — Rate Running Contract for Store & Miscellaneous Items (FY 2026‑27)

Issuing authority: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Environment Directorate (East). CDA invites electronic bids on a Single Stage–Single Envelope basis under PPRA rules for a rate running contract for supply/provision of store material and miscellaneous items for the Transport Section, Environment Wing, CDA for the financial year 2026–27.

Eligibility: Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with a valid Registration Certificate in Category C‑6 or above and Project Code CE‑10 for the Year 2026‑27, and otherwise meeting the documentary eligibility and qualification requirements as specified in the bidding documents.

Submission method: All bids must be submitted online through the e‑Bidding system EPADSv2.0 in accordance with instructions in the e‑Bidding documents. Bid security/earnest money and other required documents must be furnished as specified in the bidding documents (e.g., pay order/CDR/bank guarantee where applicable). The procurement will use the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.

Important notes: Prospective bidders must register and submit bids via EPADSv2.0 before the stated closing time. E‑bids will be opened online on the opening date/time.
