Issuer: Institute of Space Technology (IST), Islamabad. IST invites e-bids from eligible firms/suppliers/contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and registered on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0, for the procurements listed below.
Key submission requirements: bidders must be registered on EPADS Version 2.0, registered with FBR where applicable, and comply with eligibility, qualification and authorization requirements specified in the bidding documents. Complete e-bidding documents, specifications, terms, evaluation criteria and bid security requirements are available for download from EPADS 2.0, PPRA website and IST website (www.ist.edu.pk). E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 by 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable PPRA regulations.
