Tender: Supply & Commissioning of 2 Pitless Weighbridges for Lakhodair Landfill – LWMC

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC).

Purpose: Invitation to bid for the supply and commissioning of 2 new pitless weighbridges at Lakhodair Landfill Site. Joint ventures/consortia are NOT allowed.

Procurement method: National competitive bidding conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Single Stage Two Envelope (least cost selection) as per PPR-2014 rule 38(2)(a).

Submission: Bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security will be submitted online as per Punjab e-Procurement guidelines.

Bid opening: Technical bids will be opened online on the Punjab e-Procurement System in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend; financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation as per e-Procurement procedures.
