PTV Central Procurement: Closed Framework Bids for Supplies FY 2026-2027 (Deadline 2026-10-14)

Issuer: Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (Central Procurement Cell). Invitation for electronic bids for supply of stationery, computer stationery, IT equipment, computer hardware, software, engineering, production and miscellaneous store items, and furniture & fixtures for Financial Year 2026-2027 under a Closed Framework Agreement.

- Submission method: Electronic bids only via EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted.
- Deadline for submission: October 14, 2026 by 11:00 AM (bids opened same day at 11:30 AM on EPADS).
- Bid security: Scanned copy to be uploaded with the EPADS submission; original hard copy of bid security must reach the office of the Chairman Sr. Tender Committee before the closing date and time.

Eligibility requirements:

- Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.
- Must have a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.
- Firms may be original manufacturers, authorized distributors, general order suppliers, etc., and must meet criteria per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
