Tender: Supply of Liquid Medical Gas & Cylinder Refilling — Mardan Medical Complex

Purpose: Procurement for supply of liquid medical gas and refilling of cylinders. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS.

Key conditions:

• Submission: Upload bids on EPADS on or before 2026-10-13 at 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
• Bid Security: Original bid security must be submitted in favor of the Hospital Director, Mardan Medical Complex - Medical Teaching Institution, Mardan; failure to submit original bid security will result in rejection.
• Documentation: Tender must be typed on the original prescribed letterhead, signed and stamped on every page, and uploaded on EPADS. Handwritten and conditional tenders will not be accepted. Alternate rates are not acceptable; rates must conform strictly to hospital specifications.
• Eligibility: Only firms listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) are eligible.
• Additional requirements: Bidder must provide workshop address, list of workers, and landline telephone number.
• Contract period: One (01) year.
• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-30 at 11:00 AM.
• Specifications/Bidding Documents (BDS): Available on MMC-MTI, KPPRA websites and EPADS.
• Taxes: All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per rules.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of the KPPRA Procurement Rules, 2014, with valid reasons.
