Punjab Life Insurance Tender: Procurement of Furniture Items (Framework Contract) – Ref PLIC/PROC/2026/11

Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) invites electronic bids from eligible and legally registered manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers for the procurement of furniture items through a Framework Contract. Bidding is through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The Framework Contract will cover supply of a range of office furniture items for a 12-month contract period; items will be ordered as and when required.

Scope of Procurement: Supply of office tables, workstations, executive/managerial tables, office and visitor chairs, cabinets, storage units, conference tables, side/center tables and other furniture items as specified in the Bidding Documents.

Important Conditions: Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the prescribed deadline. Bidders must meet eligibility, qualification, technical, financial and documentary requirements. The Framework Contract does not guarantee any minimum quantity or procurement value; items will be ordered as and when required by PLIC. Applicable taxes, duties, transportation, delivery, installation and other associated costs shall be handled as specified in the Bidding Documents. PLIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the Bidding Documents.
