Tender: Procurement of Furniture Items through Framework Contract – Punjab Life (Ref: PLIC/PROC/2026/11)

Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited invites electronic bids from eligible and legally registered manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers for the procurement of furniture items through a framework contract (Tender Ref: PLIC/PROC/2026/11). Issuance date: 24 September 2026.

Scope of Procurement: Supply of office furniture including office tables, workstations, executive/managerial tables, office and visitor chairs, cabinets, storage units, conference tables, side/center tables and other furniture items as specified in the bidding documents.

Important Conditions: Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the prescribed deadline. Bidders must fulfill all eligibility, qualification, technical, financial and documentary requirements. The framework contract does not guarantee any minimum quantity or procurement value. All applicable taxes, duties, transportation, delivery, installation and associated costs shall be dealt with as specified in the bidding documents. Punjab Life reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the Bidding Documents.
