Punjab Life Insurance – Tender for Procurement of Office Furniture (Framework Contract)

Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) invites electronic bids from eligible and legally registered manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers for the procurement of furniture items through a 12‑month framework contract in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Scope: Supply of office furniture including office tables, workstations, executive/managerial tables, office and visitor chairs, cabinets, storage units, conference tables, side/center tables and other furniture items as specified in the bidding documents.

Important Conditions:

• All bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e‑Procurement System by the prescribed deadline.
• Bidders must fully meet eligibility, qualification, technical, financial and documentary requirements as set out in the bidding documents.
• The Framework Contract does not guarantee any minimum quantity or procurement value.
• All applicable taxes, duties, transportation, delivery, installation and other associated costs shall be handled as specified in the bidding documents.
• PLIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the bidding documents.
