Punjab Life Insurance - Tender for Procurement of Furniture through Framework Contract (Tender Ref: PLIC/PROC/2026/11)

Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) invites electronic bids from eligible and registered manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers for the procurement of furniture items through a framework contract in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules.

Scope of Procurement: Supply of office furniture including office tables, workstations, executive/managerial tables, office and visitor chairs, cabinets, storage units, conference tables, side/centre tables and other furniture items as specified in the bidding documents.

Important Conditions:

• Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the prescribed deadline.
• Bidders must meet all eligibility, qualification, technical, financial and documentary requirements specified in the bidding documents.
• The Framework Contract does not guarantee any minimum quantity or procurement value.
• All applicable taxes, duties, transportation, delivery, installation and other associated costs will be borne by the supplier as specified in the bidding documents.
• PLIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the bidding documents.
