MEPCO Gallop Tender Notice for Shifting, Handling & Erection of HT/LT Steel Structures — Rahim Yar Khan (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO). Tender for outsourced services of shifting, safe handling and erection of HT/LT steel structures including foundation and earthing works for FY 2026-27 at MEPCO Field Store Rahim Yar Khan.

Submission: Bids must be submitted through PPRA ePADS v2.0 to the office of the Superintending Engineer (OP), MEPCO Circle Rahim Yar Khan on or before 2026-10-20 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.

Key requirements: Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27 in relevant categories/specializations (including CE-10, EE-04 and EE-05), valid PRA ePADS registration, submission of original documents where required and attested copies (including CNIC of contractor/partners/directors). Bidders must demonstrate financial capacity (liquid assets / cash equivalents equal to minimum 40% of estimated cost or evidence of similar completed works).

Bid security & performance security: Bid security equal to 3% of the quoted amount in the form of Call Deposit/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank (valid beyond bid validity). Successful bidder to furnish Performance Security equivalent to 5% of contract value within 15 days of Letter of Acceptance/award in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee. Performance Security will be released after successful completion of works per contract conditions.

Contract period: One year (FY 2026-27) or as certified by MEPCO as per requirement/completion of contracted work.

Availability of documents: Bidding documents are available on PPRA ePADS v2.0. Prospective bidders shall download documents from ePADS v2.0, prepare and submit bids accordingly.
